Here are the most common culprits behind low sales in your digital product store:


Conversation Rate Too Low

If your conversion rate is below 2%, then it’s time to revisit your product images and try a thumbnail split test on some products. 


Not Enough Products

You need a large number of products to compete organically on Etsy. Check if your store volume compares to industry leaders and focus on adding more products to make sure you have a competitive edge.


Product Diversity Low

If you have products but no diversity and low exposure in search, then focus on adding a broader range of products with more diversity in the tags.


Niche To Broad

You have products but they are spread across multiple niches and your store has become too general, then really try to focus in the month on a single niche and just add products that fit it.


Sales But Not Enough Profit

You are making sales but financially need more for the store to be a viable source of income.I suggest you focus on adding higher-priced bundles as this will increase your sales volume with one purchase.


No Trending Products

If you have no trending products in your store, I suggest you add some trending products and focus on those low competition and high sales trends for the month.
