These terms apply when you use digitalproductswithjessa.com or buy any of our courses, memberships, workshops, creator kits, templates or other digital products. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.

Your purchase

• Prices are shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
• Digital products are delivered by email or through your account straight after payment. If you don't receive access, check your spam folder, then email us.
• Payment plans must be paid in full. If a payment fails, access may be paused until it's resolved.

Memberships

• Memberships renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We may update membership content, bonuses and pricing over time. If your price is changing, we'll tell you before it applies.

Licence to use our products

When you buy from us, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. Some products include commercial-use or resell rights. Where they do, the specific licence terms supplied with that product apply and take priority over this section. Unless a product's licence says otherwise, you must not:

• share your login or the product files with anyone else
• resell, redistribute or give away our files, templates, videos or course materials as they are
• claim our content as your own

Results

We share our own results and our students' results to show what's possible, not to promise outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, your products, your market and many other factors. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our products, including text, graphics, videos and templates, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright.

Community spaces

Be kind and respectful in our groups and community spaces. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or shares our paid content outside the community, without a refund.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products.
